At Strong Start, we know athletic performance is only one part of a student athlete’s story. Behind every game, practice, and workout are young people balancing school pressures, personal challenges, and the expectations that come with competition.

For many, those pressures can lead to stress, anxiety, burnout, or feelings of isolation, especially in underserved communities where mental health resources are limited or out of reach. That is why we make mental wellness a central part of our mission.

How You Can Help

Sponsor Therapy Sessions: Help fund counseling for student athletes who might not otherwise be able to access professional support.
